INITIAL APPLICATION
Urban Lash carries a variety of lash lengths, thicknesses and curvatures to customize each individual application. Prior to the application, your stylist will conduct a thorough consultation allowing you the opportunity to help design your customized lash look. We offer both classic and volume eyelash extensions. Whichever set you choose, you will be amazed with the results! Each initial application takes approximately 2 hours. If this is your first time receiving Eyelash Extensions, please read our FAQ section.

ALLERGY TEST
If you have a big event to attend or getting married, we suggest that you come in for an allergy test at least 3 weeks prior. During this appointment we will apply approximately 12 extensions per eye. This will allow us time to observe for any type of allergic reaction that may develop. Even with the safest and highest quality products in the industry, allergic reactions are still possible. Book an Initial Application for 72 hours later and we will deduct $50, making your trial set free!

COLOR ENHANCEMENTS
Enhance your eyes by adding some colored extensions to your lash set. We have 18 different color options including 4 different shades of brown to add dimension and depth. Consult with your specialist at your appointment to determine color and styling.

RE-FILL
With routine fills your eyelash extensions can last indefinitely. It is recommended that you return every 2-3 weeks to maintain the volume we achieved at your initial application. If it has been 4 weeks or more since your lash session, please book an "Initial" application.
Please Note: We gladly accept guests from other salons who currently have eyelash extensions however, we require a consult before we can schedule an appointment so that we may assess the condition of your current eyelashes. In some cases, a removal is needed before we can begin an application. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us.

REMOVAL
If you decide to take a "lash break", schedule a removal within 4 weeks after your last appointment to have the extensions professionally and painlessly removed by your specialist using a specially formulated adhesive de-bonder.
*To prevent damage to the natural eyelash it is not recommend to remove them on your own.
